Ready for a season of intentional connection and leadership growth?
At Lead Bold, we have a strong desire to create a meaningful group dynamic, where every pastor experiences a deep sense of belonging, being heard, being able to share authentically in a safe, nonjudgmental setting, and friendship with other female pastors.
Applications are now open for the 2027 Pastors Cohort, launching in March. Over the course of eight months, our cohort connects through 12 virtual meetings and three in-person gatherings: opening and closing one-day retreats, plus the Pastors’ Collective in October.
To ensure a trusted, highly relational environment, we intentionally keep the cohort small and curate each group to cultivate the most fruitful dynamic possible. We strongly encourage you to submit your application early so our team can fully consider you for this year’s cohort.
Making a decision to join the Lead Bold Cohort was truly the easiest and best yes I have chosen in my career.
