Cohorts
At Lead Bold, we have a strong desire to create a meaningful group dynamic, where every pastor experiences a deep sense of belonging, being heard, being able to share authentically in a safe, nonjudgmental setting, and friendship with other female pastors.
Our cohorts meet online 12 times over an 8-month period. In addition, each cohort has in-person one-day retreats at the beginning and the end of the cohort.
*Not called Pastor, but serving in a pastoral staff role? Our Pastors Cohort is open to women serving in pastoral staff roles in churches where women are not given the title of pastor.
Making a decision to join the Lead Bold Cohort was truly the easiest and best yes I have chosen in my career. The dedicated time with others who are walking through so many of the same problems and victories, as well as completely new issues or wins that were vital to learn about, was an empowering and honestly inspiring experience that I am carrying with me in this next season. ~Cohort Participant
