Speakers
Jenni Clayville
Jenni Clayville was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. She is wife to Brian and boy-mom to Chance & Paxton. Jenni is an unpretentious foodie, more pretentious coffee lover, mediocre CrossFitter, and a self-proclaimed comedienne.

She graduated from George Fox University with a BA in Psychology: Social and Behavioral Sciences and has been in full-time ministry since 2001. Jenni has served as a Pastor in churches in Portland, OR., El Paso, TX., Oklahoma City, OK., and Fort Worth, TX. She has a wide variety of ministry experience in positions such as Worship Pastor to First Impressions to Executive Pastor. Now, she and her family have planted roots in Falls Church, VA.

In her spare time, you can find Jenni reading in her favorite chair at home, sitting in a soccer field cheering on her sons, scrolling through social media, avoiding shopping malls, finding the funny in just about anything and avoiding clowns. Mostly the scary ones. Which are all of them.

Workshops
Powerful Questions For Great Conversations
with Annie Purdue-Olson
Everything in leadership hinges on facilitating great conversations fueled by powerful questions that co-create action and invite collaboration. Learn the secrets of asking great questions to keep in your "back pocket" for your next conversation. Practice conversational skills to encourage self-awareness and draw out potential solutions. Walk away with a three-stage framework to guide your next conversation.
What’s Holding You Back?
with Danielle Kelly
Every woman leader is in danger of sabotaging her own potential because of one uninvited guest tagging along with her leadership. This imposter can make her believe she is not worthy, it can cause her to doubt her calling, and it can tether her to her past. This unwanted tag-a-long is called shame…But it does not define us. This workshop will lead you to a more clear understanding of how shame is limiting your leadership. You’ll discover how to allow God to shepherd you, so that as you shepherd others in your ministry, you will be freed to lead out of wholeness and healing.
In It Together: Men and Women in Ministry
with Jackie Roese
I need my brothers and my brothers need me. The same goes for you. The problem is we struggle to navigate healthy male-female relationships in our ministry settings. After all, we’ve rarely seen it done well! However, God’s kingdom strategy—his unstoppable force for good in the world—is the brother-sister model (Genesis 1-2). In this workshop, we’ll look at God’s design for us as siblings, investigate two narratives that cripple the brother-sister relationship, and gain practical skills on how to serve alongside men in ministry.
Living (and Leading) in Sacred Rhythm
with Gail Donahue
How do you maintain a healthy soul in the midst of the constant demands, pressures and struggles that life and ministry throw your way? Come explore the life rhythm Jesus modeled for us, that is also the one He invites us to embrace as our own today. As we live into this rhythm of grace, we will find that our souls stay healthy, replenished and grounded in God’s love for the ministry He has called us to do for the sake of His Kingdom.
